Martha Bejar is the Chairperson & CEO of Infocrossing (A Wipro Company). She is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the ITO business at Infocrossing. She works closely with the Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) business unit at Wipro. She also leads Wipro’s go-to-market strategy for its Private Equity business. In addition, she is also responsible for Wipro’s Government Relations Program and education initiatives in the USA.
In her previous role, Martha was President-Global Sales and Operations for Wipro’s IT Business and was responsible for the global sales strategy. She also spearheaded several global strategic initiatives including building a world-class sales and account management structure, developing the Geo Diversity and Inclusiveness Program focused on building a diverse workforce, and strengthening the Government Relations Program.
Martha is a member of Wipro’s Corporate Executive Council. This strategic group, led by Azim H. Premji, Chairman, Wipro Limited, is an active and engaging forum focused on deliberating on and building a long term vision for the corporation. Martha is also a member of Corporate Diversity Council of Wipro.
Martha brings a wealth of experience, the ability to drive and support innovation, and a strong track record of leadership with some of the world’s leading global corporations. Martha joined Wipro from Microsoft Corp., where she was the Corporate Vice President for the Communications Sector. Before Microsoft, Martha served as Nortel’s president of the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region and was responsible for sales, operations, and marketing.
Martha holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Business School.
Martha is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the Hispanic Business Media’s award for the 2008 Woman of the Year and the Visionary Award from LISTA (Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association).
