Wendi L. Wasik is the Founder & CEO of Generations, a unique organization whose mission is to empower women. Ten years ago, Wendi began dreaming about an organization designed to bring the voices of youth and wisdom together—where women of all ages could share their life experiences and learn with one another, as well as offering mentoring opportunities and creating valuable connections for women—young and old.

Wendi believes in the importance of women supporting one another to achieve their dreams, both small and large. She is profoundly committed to making a difference for women, and in the future intends to establish a foundation within Generations to help support women and children’s education around the world.

Wendi is also the Founder & President of Wasik Consulting, which provides Executive Coaching, Personal Branding and Leadership Development consulting to organizations and executives. Wendi has worked with senior executives and entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries, including: Advertising and Communications, Financial Services and Banking, Fashion and Beauty, Legal and Medical Services, Pharmaceutical and Health Care, Real Estate, Retail Merchandising, and National Television Programming. In addition to providing executive coaching and leadership and development for individuals and corporations as a consultant for many years, Wendi also served as Vice President of Human Resources/Organizational Development for a leading national company.

Wendi holds an M.S. degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and has attended international economic and organizational management seminars at Oxford University and The University of London. Wendi also has extensive training in leadership and public speaking from various international educational and consulting firms.
